Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before pickup will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
Processing fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
