1. Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before pickup will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
  • Processing fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
